Director of Operations

Revant Optics

Operations Director

Summary/Objective
At Revant Optics, operational excellence and manufacturing/supply chain innovation are at our core. We hold ourselves to the highest standard and only look for team members who are committed to constantly pushing for improvements regardless of past performance. Our company has built and evolved solid supply chain, inventory management, and distribution strategies through our 7-year history. This past year, we have completely revamped the way we operate by starting a domestic, just-in-time manufacturing line to augment our overseas production partners. This has been a game-changer for Revant. In fact, we won Manufacturer of the Year through the Portland Business Journal due to our team’s efforts! Outside of domestic manufacturing, there are several other key initiatives in the future that will require creative, innovative, and world-class operational support. All of that combined with significant revenue growth, make it an exciting time to be on the Ops team at Revant!

The Operations Director will work closely with the COO to execute the Company’s plans and manage the Operations Team. This person will have the opportunity to lead and shape the future of Revant from a manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and distribution perspective. The Operations Director will oversee several areas including internal manufacturing, overall supply chain design & strategy, quality control, inventory management, and distribution through both in-house and third-party distributors. If driving continuous improvement and pushing toward operational excellence amidst rapid business growth gets you excited, then we encourage you to apply.
