Job Description
Looking of a part-time accounting/admin assistant that can help with basic accounting such as AR/AP, collections and reconciliations. Someone who doesn’t mind just jumping in and helping with any task at hand and help keep this busy finance department in pace with this fast growing company. The other side of the position is geared towards administrative work such as filing, scanning, ordering office supplies and general office duties.

General Duties

• Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
• Entering bills for AP
• Emailing and calling customers for payment on past due invoices
• Help set up spreadsheets for allocations and AP reconciliations
• Filing (digital and manual)
• Data entry in QuickBooks
• Administrative tasks

Requirements

• Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel ninja a plus)
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Great customer skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize

Salary DOE
Hours somewhat flexible 20-25/week
