The Recruiting Coordinator is a central role to the organization, partnering closely with the Senior Recruiters to cultivate a strong network of candidates for each open position. Reporting directly to the Founder/President, this role offers a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry while also gaining valuable knowledge, research experience, and exposure to leading brands. The Recruiting Coordinator will also take the lead on some mid-level recruiting projects, providing a strong foundation for potential future Recruiter opportunities.

• Research, filter, prioritize, and track potential candidates for many of the firm’s active executive search engagements
• Develop knowledge for a vast array of client companies, job functions, and leadership roles within multiple consumer industry sectors
• Tap into library of past searches and maintain context for all active jobs, clients and client contacts
• Review and prioritize inbound applicants for open positions and general application submissions
• Use applicant tracking system (Bullhorn), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search tools to greatest capacity for optimal sourcing efficiency
• Recruit, train, and manage research interns for the firm on an ongoing basis

Recruiting Support
• Participate in client meetings and help with developing weekly recruiting activity reports
• Develop recruiting strategies, position marketing assets, and engaging recruitment communications
• Lead mid-level sourcing projects
• Special projects as directed from recruiters and leadership
• Provide general recruiting administrative support to recruiters and President

Process Improvement
• Take initiative for exploring and identifying new methods and tools to help streamline search processes
• Communicate on-going database updates and best practices with the team to increase efficiency

• Conduct initial intake interviews in response to unsolicited inbound candidate inquiries.
• Maintain and update candidate contact information in firm’s database
• Assist with handling in-office reception, greeting and directing guests, as needed
• Connect the firm to the greater good, maintain values, and invest in the community
• Answer phones and triage unsolicited calls

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 or more years of work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Researcher, or entry level Recruiter
• Success working in an extremely fast-paced environment with elements or ambiguity
• Ability to self-manage workload and productivity
• Refined communication skills with sensitivity to client and candidate dynamics
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Curious individual with strong researching skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong writing, grammar, and editing skills with attention to detail
