Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer and consumer inquiries, give customers information about our products, take orders, and process returns. Customer service representatives can empathize with customers and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and the CSR plays a key role in gathering it. Problem solving comes naturally to CSRs and they will research and find a solution if they don’t have enough information to immediately resolve an issue.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assists with sales order processing by entering data and monitoring sales orders through the fulfillment process.
• Serves customers by providing sales order and product information on an ad hoc basis and promptly resolving customer issues.
• Manages website orders through Ledlenser’s integrated Shopify/NetSuite connection. Assists consumers with ordering issues and resolves integration errors that occur.
• Monitors Zendesk and responds to customer and consumer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Takes customer and consumer support phone calls.
• Helps the sales team open customer accounts by recording account information in software systems. Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and consumers.
• Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Know our products inside and out so they can answer questions.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience with Zendesk is required.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
