Position Overview:

The Web Lead – working with the Director of Consumer Experience – directly contributes to our success by supporting existing direct-to-consumer and internal ecommerce websites, developing customer communication, and by planning and implementing marketing strategies to meet ecommerce goals. The ideal candidate can display superior organization and self-motivation that delivers experiences across our omnichannel business model. This role provides a vital link between our Digital, Marketing, Brand, Customer Support, Sales & Category teams.

This role will be responsible for executing the growth and maintenance of the Yakima online presence and are also tasked with aiding in the development of new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. The Web Lead should be able to take responsibility for the presentation, content, SEO, maintenance, catalog and overall digital health of the Yakima brand.

As a Web Lead at Yakima you will get to do more than just monitor sales products. You will work cross-departmentally to optimize eCommerce strategies and analyze where there is room for improvement and innovation.

Here’s what you’ll be accountable for:
• Support the team in the evolution of the digital strategy for the brand. Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
• Maintains day-to-day D2C and B2B website operations. Activities include but are not limited to: updating product listings and images, frequent a/b testing and troubleshooting applications, implementing digital marketing campaigns, working cross functionally to ensure information is presented accurately to customers, staying on top of between internal system management, troubleshooting website issues and identifying solutions.
• Analyze web metrics (Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush) to identify opportunities for performance improvement (organic traffic, conversions, qualified leads)
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Consumer Service and IT to extend the current vision and deliver best in class digital consumer experience. Key partnership with senior Web Developer.
 Work with category management, sales, creative, marketing, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinate all digital assets related to the brands strategic on-line retail partners.
• Coordinate targeted marketing programs such as SEM, SEO, CRM and online media as well as possess a comprehensive understanding of pricing policies, payment options, inventory and/or pre-orders.
 Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
 Possess a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide insights by preparing digital marketing reports from key performance analytics, UX insights and reporting metrics to drive optimization.
• Partner closely with FIT team to deliver best in category FIT experience across .com platform, white label and other FMC experiences
• Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Actively seeks solutions to customer needs, communicates trends to leadership, and develops innovative solutions to improve the customer experience
• Engages across the organization with professional and solution-oriented demeanor at all times
What You Bring:
• BS or BA Degree: Communications or Marketing preferred; or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, or Web Services preferred
• Experience with Shopify preferred or eCommerce Content Management System experience
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Web 2.0, Mobile Marketing, Video Optimization, Pay-per-click Management and Email marketing
• Strong organization, computer, web and software skills
• Experience with web analytics tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests at once in a fast paced working environment
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common objectives
• Continual attention to detail in producing deliverables, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Experience in working with Marketing and Creative professionals desirable

Work Environment:
Work takes place in an office setting. This job may require working more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours a week. It requires the ability to sit, stand and work at a computer for extended periods of time and communicate effectively with a diverse audience in person, by phone and by computer. This position requires the ability to lift, push, and carry up to 20lbs. Must be able to travel domestically and/or internationally via commercial carrier.
