Prosper Portland Athletic and Outdoor’s Women in Footwear Design (WIFD) Committee joined with Liberty Collective at Ecotrust to host a leadership development panel discussion on Wednesday, September 24th. Titled A Generative Way Forward—Reimagining Power for a More Inclusive World, the event featured keynote speaker Kerri Hoyt-Pack of Liberty Collective and panelists Nereida Pedroza, Shade Pratt and Liz Callow. The panelists discussed ways to become a generative leader, and strategies for creating a positive team culture. The event concluded with a Q&A and networking opportunities.
