Apply for the Outdoor Startup Pitch Competition

The good people at the OUTFOUND SERIES and BEND OUTDOOR WORX are currently accepting applications for their startup competition in Hood River June 9th-11th.

They are seeking as many interested Portland based startups as possible that fit within these two start-up competition options:

• Venture Stage: For companies that are either pre-revenue or very limited revenue (less than $50k annually) and operate within the outdoor industry. All selected companies will have 5 minutes to present followed by 5 minutes of audience questions.
• Growth Stage: For companies that have at least $50k in annual revenue and operate within the outdoor industry. All selected companies will have 7 minutes to present followed by 10 minutes of audience questions.

The audience will vote on their favorite stage participant. Bend Outdoor Worx mentors will judge the competition and choose the winner of the Growth Stage category.

All applications should be emailed to startup@outfoundseries.com no later than May 1, 2017.

All selected companies will be notified by May 7th with next steps and Bend Outdoor Worx mentors. By May 15th, the final presenting companies will be selected. These companies will have a presence at the start-up competition event at OUTFOUND on Saturday June 10, 2017.
