PEER-2-PEER

A series of six peer-to-peer sessions with a select group of small to medium sized firms takes place on a bi-monthly basis. The program is designed to facilitate shared learning and focus on topics that are relevant to growing companies.

Supporting entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized companies is a top priority of the city’s A&O work. Now in it’s sixth year, our peer-to-peer sessions bring together CEOs of growing companies to share experiences and learn best practices from one another. Each of the six facilitated session focuses on topics that can range from accounting or HR best practices to maximizing your e-commerce potential.

Peer-to-Peer is one of our most exciting and impactful programs, providing a forum for Athletic and Outdoor (A&O) entrepreneurs and CEOs to come together and learn from each other, as well as from subject matter experts.

The program is limited to a group of no more than 10 companies per year. Participants receive valuable templates and information, access to mentors, service providers, informal networking events, and one-on-one consulting with our esteemed facilitator, Sean Beers.
